1. Order Exchanges

We know mistakes can happen, but since all our items are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or designs chosen at checkout.

To help avoid issues:

  • Double-check your order before completing payment.
  • If you made an error, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one.

2. Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window: Within 24 Hours of Purchase

We offer free cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
To cancel:

  • Send an email to support@herbusyday.com within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Your order will be canceled and fully refunded, including any shipping fees.

Note: After 24 hours, your order moves into production and cannot be canceled. All items are made to order and crafted specifically for you.


3. Returns and Refund Eligibility

Herbusyday accepts returns within 180 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

Acceptable Reasons for Return/Refund:

  • Items arrived damaged or broken
  • Wrong item delivered (wrong design, size, or material)
  • Product does not match description significantly
  • Item is defective due to our oversight

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Missing tags or original packaging
  • Minor thread inconsistencies or easily correctable defects

4. Submitting a Refund Claim

To file a refund or return request:

  1. Contact us at: support@herbusyday.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or video of the defect
    • Any relevant communication (screenshots, etc.)

We will respond within 2–3 business days to confirm your eligibility.

Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions. Only ship your return after receiving confirmation.

Important: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Return shipping cost: $0.00 only applies to verified defective or incorrect orders.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return arrives and is inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item
  • A full refund, including the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method
  • If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10–15 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider

6. Important Reminders

  • The return and refund policy is valid for 180 days from the delivery date.
  • We are not liable for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
  • Always use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt.

If you return an item without contacting us first or without approval, the package may be rejected.
