You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting support@herbusyday.com. We will engage in good faith negotiations for up to 180 days.

Binding Arbitration:
Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) of the European Arbitration Chamber, Brussels.

The language of proceedings shall be English, and arbitration shall be held in a neutral location as agreed upon by both parties.

Exceptions include disputes involving:

  • Intellectual property
  • Allegations of criminal behavior
  • Injunctive relief

12. Corrections

There may be typographical or pricing errors on the site. We reserve the right to correct these at any time without notice.
