Cancel or Change Order Policy

We get it—sometimes plans change. Maybe you clicked the wrong size, used the wrong address, or simply had second thoughts. At Herbusyday, we’re here to help, but timing is everything.

Free Cancellations or Changes – Within 24 Hours Only

You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to cancel or make any changes—completely free of charge.

To submit a change or cancellation request:

  • Email us at support@herbusyday.com, or
  • Use the Contact Us form on our website
  • Be sure to include your full name and order number

Deadline: Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your purchase.


After 24 Hours: Orders Are Final

Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order is moved into production and fulfillment. At this point, we are unable to cancel or modify it for any reason.

Why? Because our products are made to order—personalized and packaged just for you.


Address Accuracy Is Critical

Before confirming your order, please:

  • Double-check your shipping address, including apartment/suite numbers, zip code, and spelling
  • Verify that your email address and phone number are correct

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses
  • Delays caused by address errors
  • Additional shipping costs due to returned or rerouted items

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be charged for reshipping.
