Shopping Information
How do I find a product on your site?
Use the Search bar at the top of any page to look up products by name, category, or keyword. Or, browse through our collections from the main navigation menu.
Can I save items to a wishlist?
Yes! Just click “Add to Wishlist” on any product page. You can view all saved items under My Account › Wishlist when you’re logged in.
How do I know if something is in stock?
Each product page shows current availability:
- In stock: An “Add to Cart” button will be visible.
- Out of stock: You’ll see an option to sign up for a restock email alert.
Can I check out as a guest?
Absolutely. You can complete your purchase without creating an account. However, registering makes it easier to track your orders, manage addresses, and access member-only perks.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Herbusyday uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is PCI-DSS compliant. Your payment details are transmitted securely and never stored without authorization.
Can I use a coupon or promo code?
Yes! Enter your code in the “Coupon / Gift Card” field at checkout, then click Apply to see the discount reflected.
What if my payment fails?
You’ll get an error message and an email if your payment doesn’t go through. Double-check your card details or try another method. Still stuck? Contact us—we’re here to help.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri, EST).
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
What shipping methods do you offer?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. It may take 3–7 business days for tracking info to appear as the carrier scans the package.
Do you ship internationally or to U.S. territories?
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
- Locations outside the continental U.S.

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 180 days of delivery for non-sale items that are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How do I return something?
- Submit a request via our Contact Us page or email support@herbusyday.com
- We’ll review your request and send return instructions
- Pack your item and send it back using a trackable method
Who pays for return shipping?
- Return cost: $0.00
We cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns involving defects, damage, or incorrect items.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you ordered the wrong size or color, contact support within 180 days of delivery. We’ll process a one-time free exchange per order once your original item is on its way back.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. It may take 10–15 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to reflect the refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but only within the first 24 hours after placing your order.
- Email us at support@herbusyday.com with your request
- After 24 hours, your order will be processed and can no longer be canceled or modified
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address before submitting. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- You may be charged for reshipping
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate delivery details
