We accept returns on non-sale items within 180 days of the date you received your product. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached
  • The product must be in original condition
  • You must include the sales receipt or order confirmation email

Items that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • Your preference for a refund or a replacement

We do not accept responsibility for returns due to customer errors, such as:

  • Spelling or grammar mistakes
  • Uploading incorrect or low-quality images
  • Incorrect product selection during checkout

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting payment.

Returns Procedure

Once your return request is approved by our support team, you will receive the appropriate return shipping address. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Prepare your return package
    • Place the item(s) in a secure envelope or box
    • Include a printout of your order confirmation email
  2. Ship the package
    • Use your local post office or any courier service
    • Share the tracking number with us after shipment
  3. Confirmation & Processing
    • Once we receive the return, you’ll get an email confirmation
    • Our team will inspect your return and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request

Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after return approval
  • Replacements will be shipped within the standard handling and delivery timeframes (refer to our Shipping Policy for details)
