Shipping Carriers

We ship using the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • DHL
  • EMS
  • Local postal services (depending on your delivery location)

Orders are processed only after payment is successfully accepted.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

All orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding U.S. federal holidays observed by the postal service:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Cut-off time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00, New York time) will be processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

For example:

  • An order placed at 4:45 PM EST on a Tuesday will begin processing that same Tuesday.
  • An order placed at 6:15 PM EST on a Tuesday will begin processing on Wednesday.

Estimated Delivery Time & Shipping Fees

Shipping timelines vary depending on your selected shipping method and location. Once shipped, delays caused by weather, carrier operations, or other external factors are beyond our control. Below are the estimated timelines and fees:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 3–7 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information after it has been shipped.

Order Tracking

After your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order has been processed (typically within 1–2 business days), you will receive another email with tracking information.

If your tracking number does not show any updates, this may mean the carrier has not yet scanned the parcel into their system. Tracking details will become available once scanned.

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance.

Custom and Personalized Orders

If your order requires personalization or custom modifications, additional time may be needed for design and preparation. The total delivery time will be adjusted based on the complexity of your customization request.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations outside the continental United States

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, it may be discarded by the carrier.
  • A reshipping fee will apply if you wish to have the order sent again.
  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage if the parcel is redirected or forwarded after it leaves our warehouse.
